8. Approval to enter into Land Banking Agreement with Chicago Neighborhood Initiatives (CNI) for various property locations

9. Approval to enter into a Purchase & Sales Agreement with Elliott Capital LLC for the property locations: 6445 S. St. Lawrence., and 7743 S. Yates Blvd.
