The Cook County Land Bank Authority consulted with the security experts at Door & Window Guard systems (DAWGS) to secure their vacant properties. | February 9th, 2016 The Cook County Land Bank Authority (CCLBA) was formed to stabilize blighted neighborhoods and stimulate redevelopment and return properties to productive use.
