2026 CCLBA Developer Awards & Recognition Luncheon: Unlocking the Future

Join us on February 19, 2026, for a luncheon hosted by the Cook County Land Bank Authority (CCLBA) to celebrate the accomplishments of everyone who has played a part in CCLBA’s success. CCLBA is proud to recognize your hard work and dedication to our mission. Your efforts have helped promote the redevelopment and reuse of vacant, abandoned, foreclosed or tax-delinquent properties; support targeted efforts to stabilize neighborhoods; and stimulate residential, commercial and industrial development- in alignment with the goals and priorities established by local government partners and other community stakeholders.
