WORKING WITH THE LAND BANK SEMINAR – 4/30/2025
The Cook County Land Bank is excited to be hosting our quarterly, ‘Working With the Land Bank’ seminar at Shine Bright Community Center located at 8560 S. Cottage Grove Ave. in Chatham. The main theme of this workshop focuses on how to acquire vacant and abandoned properties from the CCLBA. CLICK HERE to register for the event. HOW TO APPLY
The CCLBA has a number of commercial & industrial buildings/vacant parcels that are available for purchase. Clicking the link below will take you to our Interactive Property Viewer, where we include property information, online application forms, and all other property-related information. If you see the word, ‘Certificate,‘ that means that the parcel is part of the CCLBA’s Tax Certificate Program.
If you are interested to know the rules for acquiring property from the CCLBA, please download the CCLBA Land Transactions Policy attached below. If you are interested in being pre-qualified as a property acquirer, you can also complete and submit a Pre-Qualification Form for Potential Property Acquirers.
